How it Works
CONSULTATION | BOOK | RELAX
1. CONSULTATION: Get in touch with us via email or phone and we'll organise your free consultation. Either face to face or over the phone we'll talk about colour scheme, venue, floral design, and your likes and dislikes in terms of styling and design.

2. DESIGN QUOTATION: From there I'll go away and design a mood board for your special day. We'll look at the best options in terms of our packages and create a quote for you. This can be tweaked and items added if required.

3. BOOKING: Once you're happy with your quote, we'll ask you for a 25% deposit to get you booked in and date secured. Throughout your journey with us you are free to make any changes to this styling plan as you need to, this includes changing colours, swapping items or making any additions. 4. MOCK TABLE DESIGN: We will arrange a consultation and site visit to set up a table so you can see the vision come to life and help you make those final decisions.
5. EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE: The final balance is due eight weeks before your special day. Any changes to your styling design and package needs to be done by this time.

6. ONE MONTH BEFORE: Approximately one month before we will contact your venue to organise set up times and collection. We will also arrange a final consultation to go over all styling and decor and make sure everything is correct. You can relax knowing that Silhouette Events will have everything covered and you are free to focus on getting yourself ready.

7. CREATION: Silhouette events will begin getting all your decor ready. This includes florals, table plans, signage and anything else that is needed for installation.

8. VENUE STYLING: On the morning of your wedding or the day before if agreed with the venue, we will arrive ready to set up your bespoke, luxury decor. We will stay as long as you need us. This includes helping to turn the room over if your ceremony and reception is in the same room or if one of the larger props needs moving. Not only that we will have our emergency kit at hand for anyone that needs it.

9. COLLECTION: After your magical day we will come and collect all the props and decor and take it back to our storage facilities, ready for cleaning and storing. Audio Guestbook recordings will be sent to you and any damage deposits will be transferred, giving total peace of mind that everything has been taken care of.
